Questions

The questions every rollout asks

Straight answers on payouts, QR security, ERP integration and what a rollout actually involves on your side.

Loyalty & payouts

Rewards, security and who funds them

What the channel asks before it trusts the programme, and what finance asks before it signs off.

How quickly does a reward reach a bank account?

Approved rewards are credited by API transfer within 24 hours of verification. An app notification and an SMS carry the transaction reference the moment it lands.

What stops a QR code being copied or scanned twice?

The payload is dual-layer encrypted and serialised per plant and supplier line, mapped to a part number, SKU batch and plant. Scans are validated in real time, and geo-location anomalies or impossible scan velocity are flagged automatically.

Is there a licence fee for QR generation?

No. The full QR generation software is included in the commercial package at no extra cost.

How do channel partners get onboarded?

Retailers, mechanics and reborers self-register from the app using OTP, and the registration routes to a Level 1, 2 or 3 manager under your own hierarchy policy. A field officer can also register a partner on the spot with auto-approval. Credentials arrive by SMS on approval.

Who funds the reward payouts?

Either model works. Prepaid: you hold an advance wallet with us and get an alert at 20% balance. Postpaid: we disburse from operational capital and invoice you weekly with full transaction logs.

Field force, ordering & rollout

Integration, verification and what it takes to go live

The questions IT and national sales raise once the commercial case is settled.

Which ERP systems does the platform integrate with?

SAP is live in production, with bidirectional sync of sales orders, invoices, credit and debit notes, dispatch and LR tracking. The same connector layer covers Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle and Tally, and any other ERP that can expose an API or a scheduled file exchange — it is mapped to your master data rather than to a fixed schema.

Can schemes differ by product and geography?

Yes. Point multipliers can be set part-number-wise, targeted to a state, city or pincode, run as a seasonal campaign, or differentiated between retailers, mechanics and reborers.

How is field travel actually verified?

Distance is captured by GPS rather than declared. Login, first visit, last visit and logout timestamps are recorded, check-ins are geo-verified against fake attendance, and any deviation from the assigned beat is flagged to management.

Can distributors order without a sales rep?

Yes — 24x7 from a mobile app or web portal, with the live catalogue, pricing and active schemes, and their credit limit and outstanding balance visible before they place the order.

What does a rollout involve on our side?

Configuration to your distributor categories, approval hierarchy and part masters; then a pilot in one zone or segment, hands-on training and adoption support, and a dedicated helpdesk once you are live.
